What type of data will be deleted:

Our account deletion process will take within 30 working days. Once you request account deletion, we will delete your account-related data and game-related data, including account ID number, account name, email address, third-party related connection data, location data, financial transaction records, email record data, application interaction, crash log, diagnosis, other application performance data, and device ID number. We may keep the data for extra 30 working days which during the deletion period. We will not keep user data once the account and data deletion is finished.

Steps to delete account & data in game:

If you wish to delete your account from your device, please follow these simple steps :

1. Open one of the following games you install:

2. Tap ‘Settings’.

3.  Tap ‘Account Deletion’ button and follow the instructions to click the Account Deletion Website.

4. Uninstall Game

Steps to request account & data deletion:

You can request delete your account by sending an email to tongitsfight@bluemarvel.com (the email for Games and its belonging games), requesting us to delete your account.

1.  Open your Email account.

2. Now compose an email and write the email address tongitsfight@bluemarvel.com

3. In the Subject section, just type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.

4. Now compose an email requesting us to delete your account by providing your Account Name, Account ID Number, connected third-party account name and id number and Email Address.

If you want to delete your game account, please be aware that you will not receive a refund for any unused items you purchased or earned. You need to cancel any auto-renewable in-game, which is authorized to charge your payment method, before proceeding with the deletion request.
